I want to take a minute to compliment and thank Patrick Connolly for his excellent handling of my recent refinance. It seems as if rates are the same everywhere, and the mantra of most Loan Originators is “Come by my office, fill out some paper work, blah blah blah…” Well I have a business. I am a single male with a very thriving business that requires my attention 24/7. I do not have time to stop by, fax, visit, etc. a real estate office. Patrick was very detail oriented; he explained every step of the process along the way and was very thorough when we were completing the refinancing. He came by in the evenings, got the documents needed, and did not interfere with my livelihood. I applaud his professionalism, people skills and consideration for my situation. This is your mortgage man if you are thinking of purchasing or refinancing.
