Sometimes you get a little skeptical about change. I was afraid of hidden fees and Mike reassured me that there were none, and sure enough, there were none. He was very professional. He was constantly in contact with me about appointments and making sure that they were keeping these appointments (title company, appraisal, etc.). He made it an easy transition for us.
