The mortgage refinancing process is something that was completely new to me. There were so many questions and unknowns and all of the normal anxiety that goes along with something of this nature. All of my contact with AV felt more like I was dealing with friends who were willing to walk me through this process and patiently answer all of the questions that they likely have to address hundreds of times over with all of their clients. They were certainly professional in all contacts and in addressing all of the technical aspects of the process in a timely and thorough manner. They truly made me feel as if there were no “stupid questions”. But, again, their personal touch and demeanor throughout the process went miles towards relieving so much of the anxiety related to the constant questions that can come up. They went above and beyond when it came to their willingness to accommodate my schedule and so many of the other steps and matters that needed to be addressed, whether it was gathering documents or arranging for appraisals and / or right down to accompanying me to the closing to make sure things went smoothly. AV and his team provided such unbelievable service and genuine concern throughout the entire process. I wish everyone could have a mortgage company such as this to guide them through their personal business matters… most exceptional.
