I am very satisfied with the professionalism and responsiveness of Rick and his team. We were working with a short sale where it was a hurry-up-and-wait situation. We waited for a few months to get approval from the seller’s mortgage holders, and then once we had it, Rick’s team had very little time to respond. They still got everything done and we closed on time according to the needs of the seller’s bank, so we are happy campers in our new home!
