This was our fifth home purchase, and by far, this was the smoothest and most delightful loan process and closing we have ever experienced. Tom was upfront with us about the documentation needed, the amount our loan was going to cost and kept us up-to-date almost daily on the progress of our loan. On the day of closing, Tom attended our closing to make sure everything went as expected. The title agent who conducted the closing even stated that Tom’s figures provided on our original HUD-1 were almost to the penny of the final HUD-1.
