I recently worked with Barry Sharif on a home refinance loan through HomeBridge. I had searched for information regarding a refinance about a year ago and was contacted by Barry. He was very honest and upfront with me regarding my situation and chances of being approved for a loan with my situation at the current time. After explaining everything to me and giving me a better understanding of how I should proceed, he agreed to follow back up with me at a later date. To my surprise, about 6-8 months later Barry contacted me to let me know the laws had changed in regards to my situation and that I may now be eligible to qualify. His honesty, follow-up, and willingness to help was the reason I decided to do business with him. Barry went above and beyond in helping to get my credit score where it needed to be, and as an end result, I am in a much better financial situation. We had encountered several unexpected roadblocks during the refinance process and Barry patiently and diligently worked through them very quickly and took the time to explain every detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance as I truly feel he goes out of his way to ensure his clients are well-informed and o help them make an informed decision regarding their finances and ability to repay their obligations. I am sure you are already well aware of the valuable asset he is to the company. I could not have asked for a better experience and do not believe my loan would have been finalized if it were not for his persistence and passion for what he does.
