Tom was very hands on and made himself available to us through the entire process. His guidance regarding credit issues was straightforward and appreciated. Tom was able to answer all our questions and communicates with you using language/terms you can actually understand. We just closed on our house on October 9, 2014, and Tom was present at the closing just to make sure everything went fine, and it did.
