In my role/position, I get many LinkedIn connections requests every day and most of the time, I just ignore them. Somehow I accepted your connection request and it is the best reward I have ever gotten from LinkedIn. You and your staff personify customer service. Your knowledge and attention to details are totally unparalleled. Home financing is never a pleasant process. The countless required documents, the digging into personal finances, etc. is never pleasant, but you and your staff make the process painless. I can always count on a return email from you, Angela or Gena within minutes of sending, even on weekends. My calls are promptly answered or returned. That is just phenomenal.
My wife and I are forever grateful for the interest rate you got us and the unbelievable start to closing in less than two weeks on our primary home. I have a great sense of humor, but your staff (Angela and Gena) make me look like an apprentice. Please tell them to keep up the wonderful service.
