I met Terri several years ago when she was working for a different firm. I had simply stopped in one day to see what was involved with a first time home purchase. She gladly took the time to explain to me the different options that were available and answered any question I had. At the time, I decided it wasn’t the right time for me to follow through on a purchase due to my job.

Fast forward a few years, Terri kept in touch with me, even after she had moved on from where we had first met. At this time, I had been seriously looking for a home, and again she was glad to help, so we continued.

The process became very difficult as the home was not a typical home on a standard lot. This had multiple zoning, just outside of city limits, as well as an auxiliary building, which created difficulties when dealing with the city, as well as the lender providing the financing.

At times I felt like giving up on this property due to all the issues, but Terri pushed on and did whatever she could to make the loan go through, providing any needed information that was requested by city officials and the lender. She worked on the file on off hours, and answered my late night text messages on weekends, all with no remorse.

Had it not been for Terri, I would not have purchased such a great first home, under the best of terms money can buy. For this, I give Terri 5 stars and would recommend her to anyone looking for their next real estate purchase.
