I was working with another lender and was going through a very rough time of trying to get the final documentation needed to close on a home loan. I literally had no control of how or when I would receive this government document, which led to the delay of closing from the beginning to the end of the month. To make matters worse, we had already moved out of our apartment the first week of the month, so we were living in hotel–indefinitely. I knew he wasn’t just trying to close a deal. I am thankful to have been introduced to such a genuine person, and for the time that he and his team invested in me and my family. If there were ever another opportunity for me to work with Blake or to recommend anyone to work with him, I wouldn
