One of the hardest things I’ve experienced in listing and selling Real Estate is finding a good competent lender to partner with. Wendy is that Lender. She is not afraid of a challenge, she stays up to date with regulations and she helps buyers anticipate and navigate through the process to achieve success and get the loan closed on time;  perhaps even ahead of time.
