I thought that the communication process throughout the loan was exemplary. I never was left out of the loop on where the loan was throughout the process. I also knew that if it was Wednesday and I haven’t heard from Lisa about a particular point I would be brought up to date on the Thursday update. I also liked the summary and who was responsible for handling any tasks.
