I’ve been in the real estate field for 30 years and Bill is certainly one of the most knowledgeable and helpful mortgage professionals I’ve worked with. He understands mortgage products/options very well and he guided me through today’s difficult process with ease. We ended up doing a 203K loan for a very nice suburban home in order to essentially bundle a mortgage and construction loan in one. We spoke on a daily basis if necessary and he made himself available seven days a week (sorry Bill!). Even the attorneys and brokers were impressed by Bill, since the 203K process can sometimes be long and a bit more complicated than for conventional mortgages. They were surprised to see him show up at the closing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who asks me who to use as a mortgage loan originator.
