You did a fabulous job of handling our account. You were thorough, patient and willing to explain why things had to be done in the manner requested. Due to regulations in place, there were times when the process was intrusive and arduous. Yet we persevered and were able to secure the loan we wanted and at a rate slightly lower than first quoted.
