I actually think it was fate the day I went on Trulia to look for a house to rent. I randomly picked Kelli Gardner to email, and she immediately called me back. After talking to her, she told me to call this guy named Pete Elsby, and that he could help me BUY a house. Needless to say, I didn’t really believe it based on the financial issues that I had in my past, and not having any money for a down payment. I called Pete and explained to him my situation, and he said that it was very possible for me to buy a house. I couldn’t believe it. And now here I am, closing on my own house on Monday! For an over-the-top Type A personality, the process was not my favorite part, but I will say that Pete and Tami essentially held my hand and walked me through everything, many times having to calm me down and reassure me that everything would work out and be OK. And they were right! PETE AND TAMI ROCK! They make a great team. Keep up the good work guys!
