We were in contact with several companies regarding the refinance of our house. We chose a 5/1 ARM, which is perfect for our situation; while others tried to sway us into a different product, John did not. He listened to what I was saying and didn’t judge or try to persuade us into a 3/1 or 30 year fixed. I knew from the first call that John was our guy! He was to the point, yet friendly, and didn’t waste my time on the phone. Even though we are on the other side of the U.S., it was not a problem because John kept in great contact. I prefer emails to phone calls, and every question I had, he answered promptly.
He got us an incredible rate which is saving us hundreds of dollars a month for minimal amount of work on our end. When we are ready in a few years to do this again, I will be seeking John’s help first!
