I cannot say enough for Ken and his staff. Ken walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He showed me how to save a lot of money by going with a 5% down conventional over an FHA loan. I could tell he really cares about his customers and even showed us how to pay the loan off 10 years sooner. The process with Janet, the processor, was remarkable! We were approved in two weeks and closed in 33 days! I was told the mortgage process was a nightmare, but Ken and Janet made it a dream come true!
