I wanted to thank you and your group for the great work in getting my loan done earlier this year for my investment property in North Myrtle Beach. We could not have made it happen without the hard work of your complete team. We had originally gotten my mortgage approved, but then the short sale ran into a snag and we could not close as soon as expected. Your team really came through in the end as the short sale was finally approved but we only had 8 or 10 days to finalize and resubmit our loan and your team made it all happen (at the end of a month on top of that).
