We just closed yesterday on a refinance and John was with us every step of the way. He must have responded to 500 emails with questions we had, and in an extremely timely manner. If we emailed him at 8pm, we had a response at 8:15pm, when he wasn’t even on the clock. He clearly explained everything to us. We closed within 30 days. Thanks!
