Buying a home, obtaining a mortgage, waiting for appraisals, working on someone else’s time frame, etc. can make even the most patient person a little crazy. My husband and I just experienced the home buying process, and ours did come with some unique plot twists. However, our Mortgage rep., Colleen Mitchell and her “team” of professionals with HomeBridge couldn’t have been any more helpful! Â As a former mortgage broker, I thought it would be more stressful for me to put our fate in the hands of others. Â I was so wrong! Â We experienced excellent communication, via phone calls and emails. Every step of the way, we were informed in a timely manner as to the progress of our loan application and all the details of the process. I am recommending my brother speak to Colleen when he is ready to move to Florida! Thanks again for our fabulous home; we couldn’t have done it without you!
