I would like to take this opportunity to share my refinance experience with Real Estate Mortgage Network, specifically Joseph Constanza, Loan Originator. I called Mr. Constanza and explained that I had recently been denied by a very large banking institution and that my credit rating was very good and the value of my home was at a number which should have allowed my loan to be approved by that bank, but I was denied. Mr. Constanza was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to me in great length regarding my options. He is very professional and at no time put any pressure on me to make a loan application with his company. After a few telephone conversations and waiting for the best interest rate, I asked Mr. Constanza and Real Estate Mortgage Network to start my refinance application. I signed all documents required and provided the information requested and my refinance went through in less than one month without a glitch. I would highly recommend Joseph Constanza to anyone interested in refinancing their home. He is honest, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and in my opinion, one of the best in the business.
