Roy Dunn recently closed a loan for one of my listings. The borrower had a couple of issues along the way, but Roy was able overcome their issues. Even though they were not my clients, he kept me up to date on a consistent basis using his loan tracking system. This system keeps you up to date on an item by item basis as the loan works its way through the process. This is great for realtors to stay informed without having to track down the answers during the loan process. I would recommend Roy to handle any of my loans going forward.
