From the beginning, Lisa was clear and knowledgeable regarding what we needed in order to successfully move through the loan process. When we initially contacted her we were not completely ready, so we took her advice and worked on the areas needing improvement. A year later we returned to her and at this point we were off. Lisa and her team were very responsive and attentive to our concerns and within short order we were lined up and approved to start searching for our new home with an approval letter in hand. Once we found our house, Lisa and her team were all working like a well-oiled machine. As our deal progressed to closing, there were a number of road blocks that came up with the property and sellers. At each turn Lisa accessed the challenge and discussed options with us and we moved forward. Needless to say, we did close and are in the process of renovating our dream home. Thank You Lisa!
