It is hard to imagine having gotten through the purchase of buying our new house without Jacqui by our side. My wife and I are extremely fond of Jacqui and her professionalism. Jacqui answered questions repeatedly (sometimes the same one more than once). Her availability was far above and beyond what my wife and I deserved as she would answer and/or call back within minutes…even during non-business hours. Jacqui held our hand throughout the entire process of closing our former home and purchasing our new dream house at the shore. Jacqui explained things to us in layman’s terms. She definitely gained our trust very quickly. She is extremely knowledgeable within her field and even things that extend beyond her realm. Thank you to everyone at Prospect Mortgage for being the easiest aspect of our house buying process! My wife and I have agreed that we will never need another mortgage company as long as Jacqui is available.
