We purchased a foreclosure which was completely stripped of everything. We chose to go with a 203(k) loan, allowing us to repair, upgrade, and renovate. There is a large amount of paperwork and dedication that is required with this loan. We had a bad experience with another processor. Nancy came in half way through the lending process and closed our loan in a timely manner.
