My wife and I purchased a foreclosure last year with a 203(k) loan. We talked with several different lenders before finding Nancy. It was amazing how many lenders do not truly understand how the 203(k) works. Nancy was extremely knowledgeable about these types of loans and made the process so easy for not only my wife and I, but for my contractor as well. Other lenders tried to get us to do renovations they thought were necessary and nothing more. By going with Nancy, we were able to do the necessary renovations plus additional renovations that were important to us. We were also able to pay the contractor half up front which gets them going, and the remaining half at the end which gives the contractor incentive to provide a quality project in a reasonable time period. In the end, my wife and I have a completely restored home valued way above what we paid for it. Go Nancy! We highly recommend her.
