I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the efforts of you and your team in making it possible for us to close so quickly. We knew our schedule was aggressive and were prepared to have to delay the closing if necessary, but the hard work and diligence of your team made it so that we were able to close in time to enjoy our new place over the Christmas holiday. Not only did everything get done quickly and efficiently, your whole team was wonderful to work with!
