We were getting our mortgage from 1,200 miles away, and the only communication was through phone calls, texts, and emails. At all steps in the process, Bryan was diligent in his timeliness, follow-through and helpfulness. Doing the process remotely, I probably contacted Bryan an excessive number of times. Nevertheless, Bryan was always there, always listening, and always willing to reassure us that everything was proceeding according to plan. And it did. The closing was a closing by mail, and was completed as advertised, on the date that was planned. Great personal service, down to getting us even better rates at the last minute.
