I just wanted to say a separate “Thank You” for guiding us through this whole process. Todd may have told you at the beginning how we were treated by another Loan Officer. I was basically told that she couldn’t help us at all, that our credit was terrible, and that we would need to pay someone to help get it straightened out. We were well aware that there were issues to be dealt with; all we needed was someone to give us wise guidance on how to deal with it to be in a better situation to purchase a home again. No one wants to go through the “mess” of divorce, losing a home, and everything that comes with it. But to be able to work with someone who treats you like you are still worth the effort makes an enormous difference. So for whatever it’s worth, we greatly appreciate your time, advice and compassion in getting us to this point. We are very excited !!
