I just wanted to let you know about a great experience I had with Woody Sitterson at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc.. I input one of my client’s information into Boomtown. My lending partner, Woody Sitterson with HomeBridge, made attempts to contact the customer and put them on an email drip campaign. After a month, the client reached out to Woody for a mortgage pre-qualification as a result of the email drip campaign. The borrower did not initially qualify because of a low credit score, but the lender had the ability to work with the client and their credit reporting agency to improve their credit score so they qualified for an $180,000 VA loan with 100% financing.
