I know Cile is going to send you a thank you note once all the boxes diminish; however, I wanted to thank you on two fronts. First, your professionalism in handling our application, from the initial step to the final one, was just top-notch. And to see you at the closing, which according to the statements around the table, is not usual, demonstrates how you see the client through from beginning to the end. Truly taking a personal interest in each case is to be applauded. It really shows you care about your customer. And secondly, for your generosity that arrived in the mail yesterday. That was extremely nice of you; again going the extra step. Halifax has been a joy so far. People stop by, wave and start a conversation; it really is a nice area and we are certainly glad we were fortunate enough to get this home.
