Cheryl provided excellent assistance with placement of our home mortgage. At first blush it appeared that there would be no issues with completion of the loan but due to some circumstances that were beyond Cheryl’s control, the issues became much more complicated. Because of her knowledge and expertise, she was able to provide several alternative solutions for the issues which allowed the mortgage to be approved and processed on time for the closing. We really appreciated her assistance in moving the process forward for closure.
