Ms. Kimberly, I just want to let you know you are an awesome individual. You are our Angel; we have had a tough living these last 5 months, living in temporary housing to hotels, and even staying with family. Then my father in law passed away on the 1st of January a day before Richard’s birthday. Everything has been overwhelming with one thing on top of another. We had lost hope a few times, but you assured us everything was going to work out. When Richard spoke to you yesterday, he was so happy to hear the good news that we were finally closing on the house, he called me sobbing. I thought someone else had passed away, the way he was crying. When he got to where we are staying, he told me the good news and we cried together. I know this sounds corny but you are our Angel. I cannot thank you enough. Or repay you enough.
