We offer our sincere thanks to you all for your professionalism, efficiency and attention-to-detail. It is a tedious process, buying a home, and can oftentimes be confusing. You all went about doing your job and moving forward with all the details we needed to make our closing on time. You may or may not know that our closing was a bit of a nightmare from the buyers of our home in Fairburn, mostly due to the fact that their lender didn’t have his act together. Because of his failure to handle the necessary paperwork in a timely manner, our closing was delayed for two days and we had to cancel movers, etc. While in the home buying business this may be a routine delay, it wasn’t to our family. We had, of course, taken days off from work, were living in boxes and eating fast food nightly. I just wanted you to know that your just “doing your job” makes a difference in people’s lives. Thank you all!
