Mr. Vito Roppo was very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciate his calm nature. We were having a problem with our down payment arriving on time. My husband was told the money we were using (which we took out of an annuity) would take 21 business days to reach us. He, however, misunderstood the 21 business days and thought only of 21 days. He also forgot about the holidays (which also coincided with this time). Mr. Roppo never became anxious with us over the possibility that the money would not arrive on time for closing. His calm nature helped us through this most difficult time. Everything ultimately turned out fine. Although I am clueless when it comes to finances, my husband is pretty much on the mark with them. He was very impressed with Vito Roppo’s knowledge and ability to explain what we needed to know.
