Tom was extremely thorough in laying out the process for my most recent home purchase. He did a great job setting my expectations and then delivered on his promises. He took the time to review my situation to help me decide which mortgage program made the most sense for me at the time. By the way, his company HomeBridge, has a great selection of mortgage products available. The documentation Tom requested was plentiful, but the underwriter asked for very little once they got my file. My previous home purchases were done through distant banks where I never met the Mortgage Loan Originator. It was great to actually meet a person and have that person see me through, and even make an appearance, at the closing table. This was easily my best home purchase process to date!
