Karlton was excellent to work with. He was very through, personal and accommodating. He took the time to explain the entire closing process, which at times was somewhat complex. Whenever I had a question, Karlton was extremely responsive. When it came to closing costs, Karlton ensured that the amount he quoted me would be the exact amount owed at time of closing, and it was. He was outstanding to deal with and I had a great deal of trust in him. I would highly recommend him if you have a need for a new loan or refinancing. Just outstanding!
