I would like to take this time to review Rick Barber and his staff. We have worked with other “big” banks regarding the mortgage we were trying to obtain on our condo in Florida. They were a nightmare, with little or no communication. From the onset, Rick was quick to respond to any question that we had. He was always available, and I could always count on a prompt reply. He worked very diligently with us, even before we gave him all of our personal information. We worked with several of his staff members, each one excellent, with prompt and clear replies.
