I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how thankful we are for you and your team. Sometimes we take for granted how truly wonderful it is to have docs at title days before closing (or even hours before in some cases!). I really just wanted to say thank you. I personally know how much stress is involved on the lender side, and that most of the time “no feedback” is the most positive thing you hear all day from Realtors. As for our real estate group…we love you!
