My wife and I found the perfect house, but unfortunately it was a short sale that also had a foreclosure date. I started out with a mortgage broker friend that said no problem. Well it was the worst experience. He got me an approval quickly, then 3 months later, told me that he couldn’t do a short sale loan! We were told to find another house because of the pending foreclosure date. We did not give up and were given a recommendation to call Jamie. We went through the paperwork again, and he was able to put together a loan and closing in 5 weeks!! 203K and short sale. We closed the day before the foreclosure date. As far as we are concerned, Jamie is Superman when it comes to Mortgages. We highly recommended him!
