Bill was great to work with throughout my home refinancing. He made the whole process seem effortless. In the very beginning, Bill came to our house to help us work through the paperwork and made sure everything was in order right from the start. He always kept me informed as to how things were progressing by way of email or phone calls. Bill was even there at my closing to make sure there were no unexpected challenges.
