Steve Fishman was called in after another lender failed to inform us of details or produce any real results for our construction 203K Loan. I would consider Mr. Fishman an expert in his field. I was told by a realtor to use this Lender as he always pushes deals through and gets them to the closing table regardless of the obstacles. If you are buying a HUD house, or need creative financing, then this is certainly the guy you need to talk to. He responds to emails very quickly and if you have any questions or need things explained in detail he is very precise, all the while not making you feel dumb for not understanding like other lenders tend to do.
