Roy Dunn was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was referred to Roy by my realtor and even though I was hesitant to call him at first, it turned out to be the greatest decision I could have made in regards to our dream of home ownership. After a brief initial assessment, he sent me a link to a 3 minute mortgage application and I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him the same day that I was approved! I completed the 3 minute mortgage application online on Feb 1st and we closed on our new home on March 9th! Roy and his team were great every step of the way. Elisa Griffin was so helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. And I sincerely appreciate all of Eileen Ward’s help as well! Overall, working with HomeBridge was convenient and easy.
