Thank you Dave, for all your help during this long process that started back in June when I was preparing to move from California to Florida. It’s not the business that makes the business, it’s the employees, and I think that REMN is both smart and fortunate to have you as a sort of “Front Man” for their company. You are knowledgeable, personable and available. There were several times that I called your personal extension and you picked up your phone, when I really just expected voicemail. The few times my call did go to voicemail you always returned my call promptly. When we talked, you always left me feeling like I mattered and that you cared, like we were friends. These are the characteristics that are important to me when doing business with a company. I also wanted to tell you that I feel like I got a “screaming” deal on the mortgage from REMN. The great interest rate, along with what I consider to be a generous lender credit at closing enabled us to purchase some much needed items for our new home. Thank you!!!
