After trying to buy a short sale with the 203(k) to make necessary improvements including disability access for over 6 months, no closing in sight we pulled the plug on lender and switched to HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. I can’t believe we started this process March 15th, 2015 with previous mortgage company. 6 months later two extensions, two closing dates expired, still no closing. She guaranteed to expedite this loan. All the documents sent to previous lender were given to her and she saw no problem with getting the loan closed. We received pre-approval September 17th, the commitment letter September 25th and closed October 30th, 2015. We are just amazed; no we are at a loss for words at the speed professionalism and expertise you have shown in less than two weeks. You don’t know how much we appreciate your speed and knowledge and your genuine concern for our well-being. HomeBridge, you’re living up to your mission statement.
