Dianne is a Godsend. She believed in us and actually treated us like people (not clients). Even though my husband and I are both educated and have good jobs, we were unable to secure a loan through anyone else because of our student loan debts and because I’m self employed. We went to several banks and credit unions, and no one would give us the time of day. Dianne talked to my husband and I for over an hour the first time we consulted with her on the phone. She was realistic, optimistic, and immediately told us what we needed to do. Most importantly, she said that she would help us and that we could make it work. Dianne worked tirelessly to make our loan work. She did everything she possibly could for us, coming up with fast solutions to road blocks we met upon the way. She was always on hand to answer phone calls, emails, and texts. Dianne’s actions showed how much cared for us, for our family, and for our future. She came through and got us our beautiful home.
