Working with Brad was the smoothest experience I have ever had with a lender. There was no sugar coating and everything he said was spot on. I didn’t have to take time out of my day to resend him information like I have in the past with other lenders. If I had questions he always returned phone calls or emails the same day. Brad spoke it like it is and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear. This was our third home purchase and by far the least stressful.
