Matt and team were awesome from start to finish. I initially contacted Matt on a Sunday afternoon after church, and he was readily available. He crunched some numbers and provided me with a quick response of how he we should proceed. After speaking with Matt, I worked with two of his associates, Brian and Nikki, who were equally great. Overall, the team was wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I had heard and read numerous tales of bad servicing or poor communication, so I was definitely skeptical throughout the process. I can honestly say that if there was a lack of communication, it was due to me and my schedule, as I spoke with the team anytime I needed them and they kept me abreast of all things. Matt and team are all rockstars!
