Kim, just wanted to reach out and say thank you again for my personal transaction together with you back on December 17th. I know I was not always the model client and I apologize for that. I now see I didn’t respond any better than some of my buyers who don’t do this for a living. Someone was always there when I needed them answering my questions and calming me down. I am afraid in all this time we have worked together I did not realize the difficulty of your jobs. Explaining to buyers the process and the requirements and how they are not being singled out is no small task. These regulations are apparently for everyone!
