My husband and I recently purchased a home, after having searched high and low for the right home for 12 months. Prior to finding our home, we had made offers on two other homes (which didn’t pan out for outbidding reasons), which Eric had also supported as our Mortgage Loan Originator. Through the entire year of the search, he was tenacious, responsive, patient, and positive. He hustled hard to pull our paperwork together very quickly during odd and weekend hours, driving items to resolution and closure. A big thank you to Eric for making our home buying experience as pleasant (and fun!) as it could have possibly been. We would use him again in a heartbeat, but we won’t be moving anytime soon. 😉
